Board Meetings

For the date, time, place and subject of an upcoming or past Board meeting posted on this website, see the list of “Meeting Documents” below–then click on “Notice (Agenda)” beside the date of the meeting. Regular board meetings are usually held on the third Monday of the month at 2:00 PM at the offices of Hays Utility North Corporation (the District’s utility operator) at 375 Lake Meadows Drive, Montgomery, Texas 77356. Regular meetings may be rescheduled or canceled, and special meetings may be called. Occasionally, a different meeting place may be used. Sometimes, participation by toll-free telephone conference call is allowed.
