Meeting Information

Regular meetings of the Board of Directors of Montgomery County Utility District No. 3 are typically held on the third Monday of the month at the offices of the District’s utility operator, Hays Utility North Corporation (indicated in the map, below, as “Hays Utility Services”), at this address near SH 105:

Regular meetings are sometimes rescheduled or moved—often around holidays—and special meetings can be held on other days and at other times and places. See Meeting Notices (Agendas), below, for dates, times, places, and subjects of meetings. Residents of the District have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the District under Section 49.062(g), Water Code.
